Recommended very highly, coffee is delicious as you'd expect from Starbucks.
Jena served me today, very fast and efficient. When my drink got spilt she was fantastic, thank you for the help! Will return.

tell me why a barista put normal whipped cream on a mocha with oat milk? and then when i asked she said ?i asked if it was a preference? like what?? yes a preference to no dairy.. lmaooo. two young girls attitudes was awful too

asian bloke behind counter at 6.45 oct 5 was super rude told me i asked a stupid question n then when i made a joke he said ' so you agree?'. rlly snarky if you see this you're rubbish at your job

I have lived in Liverpool for 10 years. I don't have perfect English, but I don't like people who try to cheat foreigners. I asked for a pumpkin cream ice oat, at the checkout... they made me pay, more than 5 pounds and they served me something completely different. When I humbled myself, apologizing for my English, they told me that what I was looking for didn't exist. It was in the window, when I asked at the checkout, they understood me and made me pay. I took a simple espresso, even though I paid more than 5 pounds. I was embarrassed. There were a lot of people. You should choose better who works for this big chain.

I feel like I own this place a praising. So here it is.
Thank you for having my drink ready even at busy times.
Also, a big thank you to a few of the people there who understand that I may at times be impatient and still be friendly.
Overall, I like this place. Moreover, because of the upstairs and that the smell of coffee is not too strong to make you sick.
