  If you?re looking for financial advice, a face to face service and a direct phone number to an actual person?.I?ve been involved directly and indirectly with my own investments with HWL Wealth Management (partner practice of SJP) and clients for the past 10 years.It?s a close knit community of self employed individuals, running independent financial advice businesses brought together by a central office in Liverpool (as well as other locations across the U.K.) which I?ve used frequently.The reception team in the office are so helpful and lovely to spend time with. They do at least 6 or 7 charity events each year raising loads for the foundation which charities can claim grants from? good people, good company.

  Rogue organisation, be extremely careful!!! We ?purchased? an off plan property with St James Place in 2019, a deal brokered by Property Hub Invest as the Eclipse development in Liverpool. We legitimately exited the deal in 2022 as the ?long stop date? for the build had passed. St James?s Place are in breach of contract and despite being worth millions, have so far not once responded to any communication from us or our solicitor. We have launched a CCJ to try and regain our funds, I just hope other investors swerve this immoral and dishonourable group. All they care about is their own pockets, much like Property Hub who took a 5k consultancy fee then washed their hands with it.
