I purchased two tee shirts today at Speke Retail paying cash but one didn't fit (tee shirts were same brand and same size) upon returning (a few hours later) they didn't have my size. I opted for a different tee shirt which resulted in a small refund to be paid. I was told that they do not refund and that if I accepted the credit note then I am unable to raise a complaint. I believe that this store is going against consumer rights. This could be a significant issue if the customer had spent a lot of money for an item and was unable to find something they would want to exchange for. Complete disrespect of their customers and using bullying language to pressurise the customer to accept their very poor returns policy.

Went to store today with intention of purchasing a pair of trainers, I selected the ones I wanted and went to find a store assistant to get me the trainers, I waited outside door were they go to get them from for ages, couldn't see anyone at all, left store without trainers and bought from amazon ten pounds cheaper result if you ask me

Has everything you could possibly ever need from a sports shop sells footballs kits ,golf kits ,trainers,weights,bikes,roller skates,rollerblades,cleaning products,coats,shoes,underwear,socks,sports drinks , kids clothing,kids shoes and trainers it's has everything.

We went in store and seen an offer for Adidas tracksuit pants. They were advertised as '2 for £50' on the items I wanted to buy, but when attempting to pay for them, the staff member (she wasn't wearing a name tag but was a woman with blonde hair in her 50's) was telling us that they weren't on the 2 for £50 offer when they clearly were when we showed her. She claimed that was 2 of the same items which wasn't true as they had them on a variety of clothing. She also had a rude tone on her and was miserable towards us both. We didn't appreciate that as it wasn't good customer service. Checked online later that day and the same products I wanted to buy in store were indeed 2 for £50 meaning we were right all along and they wanted to rip us off. Quite annoyed and shame on Sports Direct ..

Very rude manager.
Refuse to help with a faulty product as said it wasn't bought in that store, said it wasn't her job to test it and also refused to provide any name to identify herself.
Staff aren't using their badge names in store, treat clients rudely, refuse to help, and senior manager providing a extremely bad example in front of underage staff.
Giving a very bad example for the youth on how to deal with clients and run a business.
The security guard also took a picture of me without my consent and for no reason at all.
All around appalling behaviour to a client.
Never coming to this store again and want to raise this with HR.

Used the online shop. It was rubbish. Item never arrived. Apparently it was damaged by Evri and returned to sports direct. Took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Really bad service. It was never like this with Wiggle before Mike Ashley sacked them all.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this store, which I consider the worst I've encountered. The staff exhibited unfriendly behavior. Upon attempting to return a hoodie I ordered online, I was informed that in-person returns were not accepted, necessitating a return by mail. Notably, I had to bear an additional £5 cost for the return, despite already paying £5 for the initial order. This service discrepancy is disappointing.

I recently purchased a hoodie from this store, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The quality of the hoodie was below expectations, and when I requested a return, they refused. Customer service needs improvement, and I won't be shopping here again.
