I bought a pair of golf trousers at sports direct in Aintree. When I got them home, the trousers has poor hemming in them and to very easily because of this. I took them back and was refused a refund even though the item was faulty which is against the trading Standards rules. I spoke to the manager he was rude and abusive and refused to follow and comply to the law. this is the most disgraceful shop I have ever shocked in all my life and now have an item where £25 that I don?t want. That is faulty because all they would do is swap the product for another pair of trousers which are also faulty. I would not shop in this store and would advise anybody else she reads this review to Shop elsewhere. i phoned head office you were about as useful as a chocolate teapot. This company deserves to go out of business and hopefully one day it will due to its absolute disgraceful lack of customer service and it?s disgracefully poor quality products. Be way out of shopping here I say and we won?t be retaining and would advise anybody else to do the same and shop somewhere with customer service, quality of product and refunds are available for faulty products

Went yesterday afternoon,what a waste of time I even phoned in the morning to see if they had the items in,Oh yes we have was the answer.what utter crap none in the store even asked one of the supposedly assistants who was fiddling around with a rail full of empty coat hangers who didn't have a clue. NEVER AGAIN

I?d live 5 for the order, but it?s 3 due to the prices in Jun 2025.
Only basic running shoes were at a very competitive price, forget any sportswear for men at least, same for casual clothing.

Had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct Liverpool. We visited the store to buy a uniform shoe and ended up waiting for over an hour. Despite approaching multiple sales staff, no one assisted us or brought the product we needed. The lack of customer service was frustrating, and it felt like our request was completely ignored. Definitely not the level of service expected from such a well-known store. Hope they improve their staff responsiveness and customer care.

Beware Sports direct have carparks policed by thugs and as a thankyou for spending money in their store you may be charged up to £100 for the privilege of being a customer.

Looking for trainers for my son. Found a pair of Nike for £48 on sale size up to 6 according to the display label. Apparently only had the 5.5 in but if I went to the adults section I'd get them in a 6. Difference is they were £80, but the same shoe Sick of companies like these advertising one thing then trying to milk you dry. If you had the 6 in and the kids section says you supply them in a 6 then give me them at the displayed price!

My grandson picked a pair of football boots for £65.
The salesman left them behind the counter for us to collect.
Unfortunately there was also a pair there for £85.
When my wife collected the boots, they gave her the £85 pair.
Sports direct changed them for the right pair, blaming my wife.
I should have been credited with £20.
I have still not had it!
Beware with this company, they will not refund money, only give you a credit note or exchange.
