My visit to Norris green specsavers today 11/01/ 25 was the most pleasant informative eye examination i have ever ever received . The optician who done my test was very polite and also really helpful . Explaining everything to me . I didn't get her name but she was from Manchester store and was only covering today. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thankyou .

I needed hearing aids. Seemless procrss from booking to fitting within 2 weeks. Friendly staff members too. Special mention to audiologist Olivia who was efficient, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
