Amazing service from start to finish in Specsavers Old Swan on Saturday. I went with my daughter who has autism and ADHD. Sam particularly and Emma with both fantastic with her. They made here feel comfortable, not nervous and interacted brilliantly with her. She loves her new glasses. Nothing was too much trouble!
Definitely recommend there I even returned alone the following day and was greeted brilliantly, got an eye test on the spot ( luckily) and choose new glasses very impressed with Emma and the optician Ash ( I think that was her name ) I will definitely be returning in the future . thank you all so much your all doing fantastic xx

Visited the store on 19/07/25 at 16.10pm app. I was able to book a contact lens and eye test with relatively short notice. The optician who assessed me for both was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, there were a LOT of questions, thoroughly and made sure I understood her reply.
I left feeling very confident that all my enquiries were dealt with and in the knowledge that I had been in the hands of a total professional who really knew her stuff!
