Avoid at all costs.
I had the option of fuelling up here rather than my usual shell garage on Knowsley Lane. I generally put the same amount of fuel in at the same point on my fuel gauge. I feel like I was short changed in the amount of fuel I received this was supported this morning when I fuelled up again and received a my usual mileage on the fuel gauge.

The salesman (Indian) is very rude as today around 1 o'clock (later at night) I asked cold drink as he shouted at me like a crazy man I hope the authorised man will take action otherwise this man will sucke your business as you can see your rating and everyone give you negative comments.

Went to buy late night snacks at my local shell and the woman working (name tag said Kate) she refused to serve me or my mum for crisps and a fizzy drink and kept insulting us and refusing to do her job, I am a local at this shell and have never had any issue with any other worker in our many years living her, she is the only person who doesn?t serve me or my mother, she downright refuses to do her job due to sheer laziness whilst she sat and puffed her vape towards the window. Her behaviour was disgusting and I have heard about her doing this to others too, enough is enough this behaviour is NOT OKAY! She will not do her job so why should my taxes pay her wages? DISGUSTING. She is a complete clown and deserves to be punished for not doing her job. If action is not taken, further complaints will be issued.

After using this shell garage weekly for 4 years, some bint now refuses to turn the pump on unless I dismount my motorcycle and remove my helmet. Perhaps she'd like me to perform an Irish jig too? Will NOT be returning as I'm spoilt for choice around here (Texaco x 2 , Asda, Tesco, Morrisons \\u0026 BP). Great way to treat loyal customers.

Been here 3 times and was short changed every time. The local chavs hang around outside of a night. How fun can hanging around a petrol station really be.
