I am disabled and struggling to stand or walk. Most people have no understanding of how difficult it is for people like my to put fuel in my car if I'm alone. This place is wonderful because all I have to do is beep my horn and flash my blue badge and someone will come and do it for me. I can't thank them enough.

Fix your pumps. I only ever come here now if I can't make it anywhere else. The old pumps were bad the new ones are worse.i raised it months ago that the petrol doesn't come out the pump but it starts clocking up the pounds. I got told they are slow release pumps.
Then I went the other day and the first pump again nothing came out. It had cloked up 60pence but no petrol had come out. The attendant was telling me to squeeze the handle like I don't know how to put petrol in my car. I told him I would use the next pump. That started off the same clocking up the money but no petrol leaving the pump. It stopped and shut itself down it said timed out. No.petrol came out. It had charged £2.30 though. He told me to come in and pay. I said I didn't want to pay because no petrol had gone in my car. He told me to pay and he would show me the receipt. I shouldnt have paid for something I never got. My petrol gauge or miles per gallon hadn't moved on my car either.

I am regular customer of Shell. I usually take fuel and a latte from costa express machines.I ask to lady for a latte and She said aggressively that the coffee machine was turned off. If it is closed why is it closed? because if I knew it was closed, I would have bought fuel from the BP Petrol station, not from you.When I looked through the window, I saw that the machine was on. Why did the lady at the till lie to me? Also, her style was very irritating. If there was a man in front of me, I would have responded in a different way.Very bad experience

l,m writing to you about my bad experience i had at this petrol station,certainly the worst customer service I have ever seen,I received misbehavior from an elderly lady behind the counter, which made me feel like it was racist, I will definitely never com back there again.

absolutely shocking customer service big lady behind the counter biting her nails as she was serving me had a terrible attitude while i was waiting in the cue she was talking about another customer to another calling them names i wouldnt her language was shocking expecially were there is children about which my 4 year old son was with me even when when i was talking to her her attitude was very aggressive and abrupt i couldn't see any name badge but luckily for me i heard another customer call her name out Tina was her name i have emailed head office but you only get the usual response most probably nothing will happen to add insult she short changed me then she accused me of lying when i told hershop was filthy card board boxes thrown on floor looks like the shelves were being restoked not good when the store is only small.

I am only writing this review because of the poor customer service. On 7th of July 2021 at 18.07 I've been there and asked the lady to scan my card from the phone. Being counting the money, didn't notice she didn't scan the code but I asked her just în case, she said she scanned. Then I haven't seen it on the app, I was on my way back to her and she shoot at me "it's gonna appear in 20minutes". Yeah, it never shown anything. Good that I kept the receipt because today I had a look at it to see it says "To join the rewards...." so she never scanned my card, she lied to me and basically had a bad atitude.To the manager, consider this a claim against her. Please check on the camera and you're see it all.

Typical shell station, petrol and diesel are more expensive then the competition which is usual, inside is small with amenities and snacks and also has a Costa Express machine. You can also pump up tyres here.
