As soon as I enter the petrol station a very nice guy by the name of shiron acknowledged me with a smile and how are you today I then went to pay for my purchases and he wished me a good day this amounts to respect . It cost nothing to be nice that's why he got 5 star

Visited the Shell drive-through car wash on Smithdown Road, and I must say, it was an experience. The customer service was so bad, I?m convinced they?re running some sort of secret training academy for aspiring villains. If rudeness was an Olympic sport, they?d have gold medals hanging in the shop. Zero manners, less-than-zero customer service skills, and a general vibe of ?we hate you for being here.?
The wash itself was fine, but the real scrubbing was done to my patience and will to live. If you?re after a car wash and a crash course in how not to treat people, this is the place for you. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy being spoken to like a naughty school child who didn?t do their homework. Two stars, purely because my car came out cleaner than my dignity.

Car wash always closed. What's the point of putting it on Google if it never works. Reviews on here for years complaining about this

Rang to see if the car wash was working as I'd read plenty of reviews prior saying it's never working. Was told it was working and closes at 8pm, got there and it wasn't working. Why be lazy and lie instead of taking 1 minute to check? Ridiculous.

Convenient petrol station with good facilities, it's a shame that the drive-through car wash is rarely working. Fix it, please! :(

I was very disappointed from the stuff last night and he was very disrespectful.I came to wash my car and the wash machine was working and he didn?t let me to wash my car and he asked me to come after 7 am and the other stuff he was going to let me wash the car but one of them said no.

Meant to be 24 hours. Closed before 11 o'clock on a Friday night.Additional information. After driving to another petrol station I drove past about 15 minutes later and it had reopened. When I pulled in the shutters over the payment window were down and the staff members inside waved me away.

Never got diesel in. Always got cones out side better let the Pakistanis take over it at least then when you did go it would have fuel and not have cones out side. Avoid

Do you need gas! Good who doesn't need gas! So for those of us that don't have cars, you can come to this mighty fine establishment to buy the same things you could of gotten at the tesco next-door.

The old lady with the short red hair at the till is extremely rude and puts you off from using this place even though it`s at a convenient location.There are a lot of reviews regarding rude staff at people that are not local so it clearly is an issue on this Shell station and maybe higher management needs to address it... Makes you think this kind of behaviour is racially motivated. Shame for Shell to be represented by them...
