Terrible customer service, today the manager was rude, wouldn't make coffee and refused access to the restroom. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone.

Had an empty Calor gas bottle that I no longer need.
Phoned ahead to ask if they take Calor Gas bottle returns. Yes I?m told.
When I get there they refused to take it, but v happy to sell me a new one.
Absolute time wasters.

Would give zero stars if possible. The employees pretend the Yodel label makers are broken to pointedly refuse to ship packages.

That's a few time I bought NL, tickets ? and I won a few pounds ? but all the time they say we can't scan the tickets or the machine is not working.
All the time , saying manager is not here or different excuses ?
It's 5 times I tried to use the tickets I won but, they say it's not working and I showed him on my phone that's is work on my phone and he say come Tuesday or Thursday when my manager is there.
I'm recommending all don't buy any tickets from there because, even if you won they won't give you anything, even I tried some other shop but, they said the same is not works.
I don't know what's wrong but I know this I paid, I won and I must get paid and that's few time I just lost the money even when I won.
I tried to go to different shop and all of them keep saying is not scanning

I have had multiple terrible experiences with the staff at this garage. Every time I try to post a parcel, they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Yesterday tried to pick parcel up and the shocking attitude from staff is unacceptable. A older lady was behind me who wanted to post a parcel and staff where shockingly dismissive and told her they were not accepting any parcels.
It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will not be returning to here again and would advise others to avoid it as well, there is a shop over road who?s staff are great. The staff's behavior is completely unacceptable and has left a sour taste in my mouth
Yodel/collect plus should seriously consider canceling this agents account

Avoid at all costs.
If i could give a 0 star rating i would. The staff are profoundly rude, unhelpful and always angry especially the older guy who is apparently the manager. They mutter things in there own language and sometimes on there phones talking in there own language to friends or family. They always try to sell things that are out of date and if you refuse they become even more angry. I will be taking this further as this isn?t the first time and i will no longer be going here, which is a shame as its convenient and close by. Needs closing down !!!

Tried to buy a 6kg of propane for £40.49 the boss said I need to give him a empty bottle first .need one for my caravan as its first time so don't have empty one. The man who said he was the boss very condescending poor service would not recommend this station.

The worst customer service I?ve ever seen. I drop parcels here regularly so know them aswell. The man said can I clean my parcel because it got a bit rain as it was pouring outside. He then just walked to the other till but and started having a phone call and saying it?s dirty I?m not taking it etc. then his colleague was like it?s fine and took it. No hello nothing. Old guy with glasses is horrible
