Wasn't put under any pressure we looked around with ease. When we saw the sofa and chair we were interested in. The Gentleman was happy to help with our enquiries nothing was too much trouble remained professional at all times. When we decided that we were buying. The Gentleman sorted everything out for us. Explained everything we needed to know and do. Would definitely recommend going to scs on Aintree retail park.

The carpet's colour after 10 months started fading away. I went back to the shop to complaint and i was informed a technician will call me to have a look at the carpet. Well, i'm still waiting for that call! I also complaint at the main website, but i guess it will take a while before someone replies.Ps it wasn't the cheapest carpet either.

Never ever again. Entering the store you are ambushed by sales people who continue to follow you round the store like wolves no matter that you say you are just looking round and don't need any help. After yet another approach I went to another store.

Possibly the worst sofas I've ever had. I've had them two days. The cushions keep dipping in the middle and I'm constantly having to fix them. Two days I've had them and they are already doing my head in. I can't see them lasting long as the springs done feel very strong.

UPDATE: Thanks for reply but we both know it will lead nowhere. I just want to warn people not to part with any cash upfront and to deal with everything through email not phone. ............We ordered a Lazy boy corner unit. Back in October 2022, husband lost job so had to cancel. They kept £500.00 of our £1000.00 down payment. Please don't give them any upfront monies.

Great staff, not pushy and lifetime guarantee on the sofa we purchased. We also got a carpet we went to Carpetright and some other local carpet stores but SCS came out a lot cheaper and better quality. Great lad on the carpets called James thanks for all your help. Delighted ?

I am a repeat customer here, some of the best customer service I have come across. I would recommend going for the la-z-boy range as it?s top quality furniture..also not to mention the staff in this particular shop made a fantastic shopping experience especially Kaitlin, who went above and beyond.

Came in today and was about to buy a sofa and carpet until we were approached by a very rude staff who assumed we couldn?t afford to buy the items. Walked out and got a sofa elsewhere! Avoid as they look down on their customers. Also the place is horribly organised.
