A man (I presume was the manager) was very helpful, working in the foyer of the shop helping myself and other customers collect orders and know where to go etc.
Trade shops have a reputation for being snarly... Not this one ?hats off to him for taking the time...it goes a long way

Waste of time asking for any advice on the products. Told ?Don?t know,? not once but twice! Didn?t bother asking about the third item, just crossed the road to B&Q and sort advice there.

If I could leave no stars I would a female employee of yours is so stupid it is unbelievable I simply asked her 4 2 box's of inch 8 and 1 box of 4 inch 8 wood screws after 10 minutes of conversion she could still not understand what I I said to so in my frustration I gave up omg is it that hard to employ some1 with half a brain I will not b back ps ill give my business to jem centre half a mile away were the service is just normal this woman would b best dismissed asap she is a liability I wonder how she ties her shoe laces in the morning
