I am giving schuh a 10/5 star rating as they have been so so helpful as Evri had lost my shoes I ordered from schuh, they have sent out a replacement for me and have helped me out so much! I am very happy with the customer service.

Wow! Worst service ever! I handed one of the girls the shoe I had tried on, and she gave me a really disgusted look. I asked her, ?Would you like me to put it back?? (as she needed to put the paper inside), and she looked at me again and said, ?No? don?t worry,? as if she was forgiving me for a crime. I was going to come back another day for the shoes but definitely not going back at all!

I felt unwelcome as soon as I entered this store: the female staff members were unapproachable, giving judging stares and whispering. The service was cold when I tried on a pair of shoes that staff seemed reluctant to get for me, which ultimately put me off buying. Such a let down as the store itself is well-stocked. I left and received lovely service at Office.

Went in to make a purchase and told a staff member we'll before we reached the till that we were looking to use love2shop vouchers for part of the purchase she said ah okay as if it was fine took us to the till scanned our items and signed us up for membership before getting another staff member to tell us they won't take them despite the brand being listed on the voucher and their own website saying they are accepted in all stores apparently because they had too many fakes but they had no way to verify the vouchers and no tangible solution for us to redeem them I understand physical vouchers can be annoying for retail stores but we should have been told straight away as soon as we mentioned them not at the till with our card out it would've been nice to have a few minutes to think about it. It's just very poor service.

The most horrible and self entitled staff I have ever dealt with !! From working in retail myself, the girls that work in this store are INCREDIBLY rude and are held to NO STANDARDS when it comes to dealing with customers. Disgraceful.

I visited this place based on my friend`s recommendation. There were a couple of really good options but of my size was a rare find! I wish they had more size options.

Incredible store but the service was really poor and I was badly attended to by one of the staff members, she categorically looked down on me like where do I get the cash I paid her from probably because of me skin colour. Not gonna come back.
