Had an issue with a pair of expensive boots I purchased and there was no issue at all with exchanging. The young gentleman was very helpful and sorted it out straight away for me. Great customer service.

Was struggling finding shoes last minute, A lovely staff member named chloe was very patient and helpful with making solutions. I dont know how to make compliments go anywhere (opposite of complaint) but she was a delight!
