I think the staff at this store treat their customers very badly. They have no respect for the rights of the customer and do not accept responsibility for their mistake if they give incorrect advice.

Staff are willing to help, professional and answered any questions, unfortunately they didn?t have my daughters size in stock on the trainers she liked so the store assistant bought out similar alternatives for her to choose from and my daughter was happy enough to choose a different style. Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

Staff member in this store made me pay an extra £10 for a straight swap return claiming it went into junior I then left the store and got signal and after checking online it wasn?t it was the same price so I returned for my money back. I then had to wait for a manager and then I got told the staff member was unaware about the online deal and got confused charging me another £10. How can your staff not know about your offers?
I then got told the £10 would go straight onto my card automatically so I asked which card as I?ve just paid £10 with a different card and can I not tap, they said they?ve already processed but assured me it was the card I paid the £10 to.
A week later I have still not had my refund. This is the third time they?ve over charged me or somethings gone wrong in their store, the staff are useless and need to be told by management on what offers they have on or get managers to do exchanges if they are incapable. Only ever had bad experiences in this store.

Jack is an absolute asset to the shop. He was brilliant with my 2 girls, they loved him! He was friendly, informative, genuine and it was a pleasure shopping with him. I wish him all the luck in the future

Awful service, 4 members of staff having a chat about life instead of working. I was Looking for first pair of shoes for daughter, about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, to be told we don't do any sizes less than a 3 in the particular shoe and no attempt to help with another pair. Left to go to John Lewis.

Had a wonderful gal called Emma serve us at the Liverpool branch today and she was SO lovely! Friendly, professional and super helpful- nothing was too much trouble and most importantly she helped me find the perfect new pair of fresh shoes.

Staff are very friendly, I was assisted by a lovely young guy called Dominic. He had a really welcoming vibe & smile. For the first time ever, iv managed to find school shoes for my very fussy child who hates trying shoes! Thanks to this lovely young man, my mission was accomplished! Highly recommend parents visit this store especially if their child is anything like mine!
