Went in on a weekday to discuss my account and an account I have POA on. I don?t mind waiting, but when the member of staff dealing doesn?t understand or is unable to help- not great service. Time to switch bank I think!

Very bad attitude. From a lady who thinks she is a law to her self. Makes you feel very uncomfortable using that branch. Makes up her own rules . Will not give you a receipt for cash deposited. But only for transfers. Which is no good because I have already have had money gone missing from my account vanished off the system.only that I had receipts to prove money was deposited . Lady with blond hair & spectacles will not give deposit receipt. Very bad attitude

Machine never takes deposits in the evening always broken not good for people who work at night and rest in the day and bank closes early useless never working especially old Swan branch in liverpool
