Very bad attitude. From a lady who thinks she is a law to her self. Makes you feel very uncomfortable using that branch. Makes up her own rules . Will not give you a receipt for cash deposited. But only for transfers. Which is no good because I have already have had money gone missing from my account vanished off the system.only that I had receipts to prove money was deposited . Lady with blond hair & spectacles will not give deposit receipt. Very bad attitude

Machine never takes deposits in the evening always broken not good for people who work at night and rest in the day and bank closes early useless never working especially old Swan branch in liverpool

They are very unhelpful, my Santander bank account has been fraudulently used quite a few times and they keep saying its not their problem so they won't help, one girl kept saying I was authorizing the payments when I wasn't and they just dump me over in a corner to speak to someone on the phone and it never gets sorted, and they constantly have charges for stuff I'm not aware that's happening...... my advice is to avoid banking with Santander as much as possible I'm a young man who knows exactly what is being paid in and what's being paid out through the app whether by me or not but if an elderly person who's not quite as clued up as I am were to have money coming out of their account could be getting robbed blind by the bank, the worst thing is if there isn't another person accessing my funds then the bank is taking payments disguised as going to some other companies just to get a bit more money, one of the companies is Amazon, I have some payments out to Amazon as I speak and none of them are on Amazon's listing for my card details and when I spoke to a woman behind the desk she just said I needed to pay off YET MORE charges, I'm grateful that I'm switching banks because I'm fed up with being robbed by my bank: someone who's supposed to protect my money
