Great walk-in service today from Saundra. Needed help about an ISA transfer from Virgin Money. I have had contradictory information in the past. Also, problems accessing Virgin Money as their telephone appointment system is useless. The nearest branch is St Helens. Got absolutely spot on information today from the Santander Allerton Road branch. Thanks again.

Hello everyone, on Monday, March 3rd, my friend withdrew £1000 through a cashier who was seated in his position and did not see while counting the money. He gave us the money in an envelope without us counting it in front of him. We trusted him, but after a day, we counted the money and realized that £40 were missing. I want to warn everyone who goes to withdraw money to be careful and count the money in front of the cashier before leaving the bank.

The Allerton Road branch are excellent - all staff very helpful, friendly and professional. The staff have provided a lot of assistance for myself and my Father , especially Amanda and Jan.Great thank you to Amanda for helping us with several issues today - she is always approachable and understanding .Revisited the branch and Tracey was extremely helpful with transactions that had to be done .The service that the branch provides is delivered effectively and efficiently and staff are pleasant and accommodating.

absolutely appalling service, not stated online that branch is closed when i have walked home and checked other branches all closed in Liverpool. Chat support was useless kept sending me same message when i said id be making a complaint the operator sent an emoji. I will be looking to transfer my services to another bank. Santander are incompetent to provide a service or even display information
