If i could leave - 5 stars i would. Be on the phone for 1 hour 45 minutes waiting to get though to the shop. Now phone flat as a pancake. And will not charge up
All i meed was to ask to book it in for repair

The worst shop to buy phones from. I went to buy a phone they told me good stuff about the phone, they said i can try it for 15 days but when I found that I have been lied on and the phone was not good at all. I went back to return it but the refused to take it back. I am really sad I lost my money and now I am stuck with this horrible phone for years. This is horrible ?.

Wow ...just been reading other people's stories and experiences in this shop,I have always had Samsung phone's, my husband and I went to the L1 store to buy me a new phone for my birthday...we came away from the store with 2× Samsung Galaxy flip 5 and a galaxy watch...12 months later my husband middle of the screen started to come away then his screen went off went to the store ... they fixed it...!! After completing...so mine is same phone same warranties ie 2 years....same thing has happened to mine went in booked appointment today was seen by a man by the name of Mathew he said he was the manager of the store in L1 liverpool..my phone was in very good condition apart from a tiny scratch on the middle,,,no dint no other damage...just screen on the middle of the flip was coming away so it stopped working,,,,cut a long story short. Mathew took phone in the back two minutes later said it's out of warranties because of the tiny little scratch ,I tried to and tried there is no way that it could be the scratch that has done this to the phone but he was having none of it ...I will never go back to that L1 liverpool Samsung shop ever again ....think twice on buying a Samsung flip phone as reading THROUGH the comments on here seems to be a common fault..very unhappy customer ?

Had a bit of trouble trying to set up my new S24+, and Connor was incredibly patient with me. He took the time to explain the full process and the steps I?d missed, as well as helping me do it from scratch. 11/10 customer service.
