Rude awful and unprofessional. The young girl on the counter was useless and when I asked to speak to the manager I found out she was worse. I just asked for a dhl box to fill at home which I do all the time to send stuff abroad. The manager refused saying I have to fill my parcel in the shop which is impossible by dhl regulations themselves ( I'm sending 15kg of little bits that I have to weigh separately and write descriptions etc ) .I showed her on the dhl website that customers should take their boxes and fill them at home to save time for others she just starred at me blankly and said No I will not give you a box !!!!
Bare in mind that I'm a senior woman with walking difficulties and she seems to enjoy see older people struggle apparently. What a disgrace.

£2.85 to print a single piece of A4 paper. At least it was done quickly and with a smile.

Really nice staff even informed me about the student discount I didnt know about just show id or teams. Lots of sales and not too busy. A bit pricey depending on how fancy you want to be but I recommend the lever arch folders, they have a great variety of colours and are of great quality.
