Thank you Colin! Arrived to post parcels with a very upset 4 year old who had fallen over and grazed his knee outside, Colin was so kind to my son and gave us something to clean his knee with and a plaster and cheered my son up! Such a lovely man

Absolute liars. State they have attempted delivery when they have not. Now holding my package at the office for ME TO PICK UP. That is not what I paid postage for. Not impressed at all. I've been waiting on this dehumidifier for weeks,it is already late and I have mould growing on my windows so thank-you for your absolutely shocking service Royal mail. Merry Xmas to you too.

Not had issues with this post office as a delivery service. However, regarding collection, I arrived to collect a parcel today at 1pm on a Friday; and there are two times one stating 8-2pm and one stating 8-4pm, both of which suggest the post office should be open. I find it exceptionally frustrating that this post office is not staffed according to the suggested times both online and on the door.

My advice is to use other postal services if possible and avoid Royal mail for any cost

The loveliest team of people. Can't fault them at all. Always go above and beyond to help.

Absolute waste of time, terrible customer service. Irregular opening hours, change hours from one week to the next. Parcels flung on floor in sorting office and not picked up for days, no wonder stuff goes missing.

Visited today and found staff as helpful as they could possibly be in what appears to be quite a chaotic situation with parcels delayed at Warrington. Guy at sorting office explained delays and wrote a note for my postman so that he may be able to deliver my parcel that has been slightly wrongly addressed. If l eventually get my parcel l will ammend review to 5 stars. And sorting office opening hours are as stated on website, not 2hrs daily as previously written in a review.

The absolute worst of the worst and the worst of that. Royal Mail especially this depot represents an incredibly substandard delivery service. They should get a statue for this. Royal Mail`s only job is to deliver, funny that the only thing they do is the one they are absolutely inadequate in. No wonder they employ people who are willing to do this job of roaming the streets during winter and summer because they are not good for anything else. Since years Im leaving instructions on parcels to follow and every sign shows the postmen just cant read, they simply cant read and dont know the numbers either and they dont care even the slightest bit that they should deliver items. A parcel has been rearranged 5 times by now, and this is not an isolated example - have to do this allt he time with Royal Mail. EVERY SINGLE OTHER COMPANY CAN DELIVER IT PROPERLY AND ADEQUATELY, Amazon; UPS; Yodel; Hermes etc. Only them, WHO.JUST.CANNOT.DO.THEIR.JOBS. "The post-men cant call residents even if phone number is available". WHY? Even JustEat does it. Everyone else does it. Went to pick up a parcel today to this depot as it showed on google they are open until 1pm. Its 12 pm now. They were shut, why wouldnt they be, this just adds to the pile.. and that pile is sky high by now. Why update their information on google, everyone can do that but they cant, obviously. Calling and getting in touch with them is just as useless. I have never ever seen a company this bad, I really do wish they go out of business at some point so when I arrange delivery and it gets delviered autoamtically by Royal Mail, I get the more expensive option and dont have to deal with them ever again. And yet another instance at the 23.07.20, when my graduation package was folded into the letter box, like a piece of rubbish. Well done, the useless bunch proved themselves again to be absolutely useless.Of course another update: A few months ago, I was expecting a package by royal mail... wasn`t delivered, no card, nothing. A few days later, I got card from Yodel (about a different package) that they left it at the shop around the corner. Was okay with that. Guess what, royal mail left the other package there without saying they left it there. Can they be anymore ridiculous? Might as well leave it 3 streets down or give it to random person without letting me know as they did or just chuck it on the road and give me shout from the depot might have a better idea about that than the current method used.Yesterday (02.07.2021), the postman was around the apartment block and I was coming back from the shop, seen him writing up cards, the door to the apartments was open and when i wen in I held the door open for him and asked "would you like to deliver those parcels?" and he replied he "doesnt have time to climb up those stairs". "Those stairs"- it is one and half flights of stairs and he seen it very clearly as the stairs were right front of him. So he jsut carried on writing up the cards, like 4-5, he has time for that. From this point, it is crystal clear that they not only not care about their job but they don`t want to it even. I don`t care if he reads this and remembers me, what is he going to do? not deliver the parcels? People do not pay the delivery charge just so the receiver has to make an extra trip to the depot. Every. Single. Time. This is certainly a turning point, as soon as there is sufficient time, the apartments (20 apartments) will put together an at least 5000 words long document (I will make sure about that) on why the depot at L188EE needs a review and an internal audit and send it to head office or whoever needs to read that to make changes high up. If that doesn`t work, then will send a letter to the council, if that doesn`t work then will post a survey in the neighbouring areas to collect reviews and aspects about depot and so on and so on, until changes are implemented. Just diabolical, incredible

The opening hours advertised are completely different;- online @ Royal Mail- online @ Google- ?Something for you? card- ?Temporary opening times? on the front door. It?s really not hard to clarify your opening times.Staff are friendly and helpful, but the communication put out is extremely poor.

I have been collecting parcels from here for years and always excellent. Local postman is excellent. Limited opening is because of Covid. Posties have continued to work throughout, but I?m sure there are some that are in highly vulnerable group and may not be able to go to work. Other staff might actually be sick - high exposure. Therefore reduced opening hours is a sensible way of keeping this essential service running. Last time I was there they carried my parcel to the car. I would like to thank all the staff there. Out in all weathers delivering our mail.

Giving two stars because the staff here are very friendly and it's not their fault. However, open only 2 hours for 5 days in a week, depending on your job this can make it very hard to collect. Sadly, this is why Royal Mail risk becoming obsolete in a competitive market. Many thanks to my local postie though for working non-stop.

Utterly abysmal service Their only job is to handle post for the public and they can't be bothered to offer that service for more than two hours a day at present - this at a time when we're all supposed to be avoiding shops and rely on home deliveries or collection. Thank God for the increase in private courier firms - hopefully we can soon do away with Royal Mail altogether!!
