Waited in for delivery and left phone number on the door as I'm in a flat with no buzzer, no call, nothing, now I have to contend with pathetic opening times to try and pick it up, absolute shambles.

I don?t understand this Mail service at all, was home all day yesterday never heard a knock on the door. Only to get a mail saying they met no one at home. Been waiting for the re- delivery attempt too, not seen any one since.Don?t no how to go about this now.

Ordered packages that should have arrived on the items release date. Now two days later and I?m still waiting. They should just give us the option to come pick up from the depot if they are this incompetent.

The website displays the opening times 7am - 5pm with the usual "changes due to Covid etc" disclaimer at the top of the pagebut, with no details of the change of opening times. It wasn't until I arrived at the DO that I saw several signs showing the opening times as 7am - 9am. Perhaps the website could be changed to reflect this? I wasted £6 in taxi fare. I'd have happily been there for 7am this morning if I'd have known. Many companies both large and small have made some last-minute changes to their websites, perhaps Royal Mail could do the same?
