The experience of waiting at this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. After ordering repeat prescription through the NHS app, there is always a wait to get to the assistant. Then often the items aren't in and have to come back and go over the whole procedure again if they are actually in at this point.
This means you could be waiting for quite long periods each time. Surely a priority system is much fairer than the system currently in place.

3 days for meds to be dispensed Saturday doesn't count even though they're open
When you know they have them on site
They just CBA sorting out sent away to come back the next day

This is a new pharmacy for me and I put my repeat prescription in on Friday, getting told i could pick it up wednesday. Wednesday They said they hadn?t yet received it. I called the pharmacy again Thursday, they told me it would be Friday. I called from work Friday and was told they had received the repeat prescription. My partner went in to pick it up, they told him they hadn?t received it and would potentially be in Saturday. It has been a week without essential medication, this medication affects how I function in my daily life. Poor service so far and will be looking for an alternative pharmacy for the future.

I went there on Friday to complain about a product they told me to bring it back on Saturday they were closed they didn't tell me they closed at 1pm on Saturdays I spent 10 pounds there and back in a taxi for nothing very disappointed
