Went into store looking for something I had my heart set on, wasn?t to be as my size was out of stock but Kirsty went above and beyond pulling outfits together for me to attend a festival the very next day. Her knowledge of products and suitability was excellent matching her customer service skills. I felt welcomed and that nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Kirsty it was a pleasure, she?s a real asset to RI.
