Avoid this company,They offer you a job ,take all your personal details, they have you training for 3 days and ask you to sign a contract they inform you there is no job this happened to other people on the training day ,

I work at Right at Home's National Office and have also in the past had a loved one receiving care from them.There is a really strong sense of ethics and values that runs through the business; top priority always goes to the Clients' wishes and wellbeing. I love that Right at Home also looks to support clients' families and understands how important good communication and transparency are to overcoming any concerns people may have about receiving care. I can hand-on-heart testify that Right at Home focus on delivering care at the highest standard, and supporting their Clients to increase their independence in a safe way. The team at Right at Home UK are fantastic people to work with, as are the network of Franchise Owners and their managers.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service when we had to cancel my mother's care due to her being in hospital then rehabilitation. The account was put on hold after she went into hospital due to breaking her hip at 50% of the full rate. After leaving hospital she then had to go to rehabilitation centre so I rang to cancel the account as this was going to be long term. I planned to reinstate the care to 4 times a day when she went home. I had no issue with the care bring provided. However they insisted on her paying the full rate for one of the notice weeks even though the account was already on hold & she had continued to pay the 50% rate. I think this is most unreasonable.

Since joining Right at Home I have enjoyed every day being at work. There is a great working environment and welcoming supportive team. It is incredibly rewarding being part of a team working hard to make a real difference to people's lives. Our working environment is supportive, friendly, fun, motivating and challenging but in a positive way. I have also enjoyed celebrating National Pizza Day with staff being treated to pizza by senior management. Brilliant!You are given advice, guidance and support yet left to use your own initiative when completing your work. You can tell that talent is nurtured and encouraged to grow and progress within. Which I am hopeful to do.

I've been working with right at home for nearly a year now and I've never been so well looked after or seen so much compassion for our clients, as a team we go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much. Amazing office team and Amazing team of care givers. Very highly recommend
