Attended for a work?s reunion and booked a table prior to visiting. The service, from the original phone call to Steve, to the bar staff, food etc was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks to all.

Went to the Pump House for Sunday roast but unfortunately, they didn?t have any roast so had the Pork belly which I enjoyed. Our table was upstairs and the service was quick. The atmosphere was pleasant an I would recommend this establishment.

We came here unexpectedly due to late circumstances of business, however it was very accommodating. We had a great evening and a great staff on that night, we had many dietary requirements which Chantelle managed to sort out for us so thankyou Chantelle!!!!

Great food, great service. All needs catered to by Chantelle, who was attentive even when on her break. Will definitely be back!

I had a really great time here. It was my first time in Liverpool and the pub was fantastic. Chantelle was particularly helpful with my dietary requirements etc. I would heavily recommend. Prime location and great service!

Visited yesterday for drinks. Returned today for lunch. Staff best in Liverpool, food excellent. One of my favourite greene Kings and I've been to a few!!!

Went to the pump house for dinner and drinks. Chantelle and Sue were so kind and accommodating and made us feel really welcome. Amazing service, would recommend!

We had a great time at the Pump house atmosphere was brilliant such a amazing venue to celebrate the Christmas festivities. We were served by Will who looked after us and was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks on offer. We will be back. Thanks Will fantastic customer service.

Staff have been very welcoming and accommodating. Clean dining areas, toilets clean and food was delicious. The staff behind the bar have been very knowledgeable.

The staff are so on the ball, they know how to run a bar and restaurant. Clean and vibrant environment? good pub. Food looks good too

Such a nice surprise!This is probably the nicest terrace around but I wasn?t sure, at first, due to some bad comments on the food here.Those were totally unjustified as my fish and chips was simply perfect.Don?t hesitate and give it a try, they deserve better ratings.

My wife and I were in for dinner My wife had ordered a well done steak but when it came to our table it was overdone Our waitress Chantelle apologised, took it back then kept us updated on the progress of getting a fresh one As we were getting ready to leave Chantelle came over and apologised again
