Excellent customer service re disability. We travelled by train for a hour yesterday for a day out, realising I'd forgotten my daughters access card. Spoke to a manager re queuing as que was wrapped around 3x and explained wed forgotten it but did have a picture on phone (for when needed to attach in emails). She told us where to go to avoid the que even without card on display. She really was a lifesaver for my daughter. THANK YOU

It?s basically hell on earth in the Summer heat! It gets disgustingly hot and there?s no escaping it!

Went just for the one time here, was not over populated with a 100 customers so it was nice to browse around without bumping in to people, quiet too at the time I went. Although they did have an escalator closed and you had to do the long walk around to the men's section.

They are very stingy and beggarly lately, they charge money for a plastic bag. The employees are rude lately, especially the basement floor. The employees behind the counter are rude.

Very busy store, large queues at all 3 pay stations but prices are so good

Really friendly staff who got the huge queues down really quickly.
There's 5 floors! The departments are: mens, baby, children's, home, beauty, women's, shoes, accessories and lingerie and then there's also a Greggs cafe and a nail salon!
The Greggs cafe is amazing with friendly staff and gorgeous food at an amazing price. There are wheelchair accessible toilets in the cafe which are clean.
There's free WiFi and you can also do Click and Collect there.
The prices are fantastic and I have to say the make up and cosmetics are very high quality as are the clothes. I love getting bits for my home as there's always something unique to find. It's a great place to buy everyday items but also special gifts too.
I was really impressed with the Adaptive range. The clothing had been designed for people who are tube fed or have limited mobility. Absolutely fantastic ??
I can't fault Primark and I always visit Primark when I visit Liverpool!

So much better than the Southport store the staff are friendly at the till

Can take a long time to get served regardless of the till you go to in my experience. The navigation through the shop and having no other way to get outside other than to go through the ground floor women's section from the escalators is a pain. The actual selection of clothes is fine and prices are very competitive - but the experience of the shop isn't great.

We popped into the Liverpool Primark to grab something we?d already bought before ? they really do have everything! This one felt noticeably cleaner and better organised than the one in Bristol, which made the visit a lot more pleasant.

Yes it's cheap but those checkout queues are ridiculous. It's worse than Alton Towers, just to buy some new socks.

Living here for so long and only now felt the need to say about the air inside this place,it?s not breathable. They NEED windows,in the winter it?s boiling hot,in the summer it?s even hotter,i can?t even express how bad the smell is when it?s busy.
People seem to be completely ignorant of the fact the staff are having to fold the same thing 10 times, which is ridiculous,if you pick up only one thing why not just fold it back,it?s an absolute mess in the weekends, but that?s not necessarily the shops fault, although they do need more staff.
Another thing is the queues, they are huge on most floors, again during the weekend it gets a lot more hectic but you?ll be waiting in the queues sweating up and everyone complains on it,it would be easier to have a self checkout.
On the good side, they have a ton of items, prices aren?t too bad but they could be a bit better considering the fact we get taxed at almost everything and anything we own.Its a huge shop so you?ll find anything you want.It looks a lot bigger to tourists.
Security is good, they aren?t overly involved and annoying like all the other shops, they seem to be doing a good job.
Anyway,please get windows!!!
