It was actually the alterations service that I used yesterday, when I called to get the hems taken up on a black evening jumpsuit. I had an appointment at the Ainsdale shop with the seamstress Diane at 2pm and when I explained that it was really urgent, she did them there and then and by 25 past 2,
I was on my way home with the alterations having been done.
Diane was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. The service was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone that needs alterations done. Thanks Diane, you're a star!

Went to the Maghull branch for the first time. Could not fault the knowledge of the lady called Jayne. Came back to collect my suit was like new. I would recommend to anyone. Great person to deal with friendly and happy.

Took a suit in for dry cleaning, returned with the lining on the jacket ripped and the interface damaged, will have to scrap the suit, not impressed.

This saddens me to think there is any human (let alone a business owner) out there who is insecure enough in herself to insult customers on a personal level. It is obvious that you take more time to defend yourself on honest, detailed reviews than you do actually thanking ones who have generously given you a nice review by apathetically replying "thanks." It says so much more about you on a personal level than it ever will about upset customers who clearly have the right to write a review. It really takes character to stay in a high place. Therefore, your days of wealth in a company are severely limited. I want you to take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself to the core of your eternal being if it is worth it not just being angry at the world, but being angry at yourself and at God, which is really where all of this lies. I really hope that one day you find some self-worth.
