SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a cheese toastie on Tuesday to take away. It was handed to me in the cheese toastie wrapper, so I had no reason to doubt it. However, when I got back to the office, it was some disgusting tuna thing. I had to traipse back in the ice and sleet, an almost half hour round trip, to return the incorrect item. The staff member was friendly enough, but all I got was an exchange. At absolute bare minimum, I ought to have got a refund too. This is quite simply subpar customer service. You expect better, especially when food is this expensive in the first place.
Here's the really important thing though. I am only a disgruntled vegetarian who finds tuna fish repugnant. But what if someone has a seafood allergy? This restaurant chain has already killed two of its customers. You would expect them to be much more careful about proper labelling and cross-contamination. The fact that wrappers got mixed up in the kitchen like this is evidence that they are not cautious enough. It is just not acceptable.

I experienced a racist incident with one of the staff at Pret. I wanted to go for prayer, and he followed me and closed the door in my face. I believe this is unacceptable behavior, and the individual should be held accountable.

I m regular customer of Pret A Manger derby square .it is Very nice place and very friendly staffs and lovely environment . This place gave me a good vibes and positive energy ?? that shop is much better than other Pret A Manger in paradise street .

Been in a few times for a coffee. It has a nice and light corner location, opposite the crown courts on the edge of the old financial district of Liverpool.

Took a break from the subscription and renewed recently. Coming back to this branch with fresh eyes is depressing. It's so dirty. I always need to clean the table before I can sit down. Today the air con is dripping from the ceiling and there's a bucket on the table. Classy. The toilet is out of order( but the sign is at the bottom of the stairs so you only know after going down to the basement). Prices seem to have gone up again recently. When I stared the subscription a couple of years ago you could get a Cookie for £1, now it's £2.60. That's quite some inflation! It's overpriced, under invested, and the poor staff here are probably treated with the same contempt by management as their customers. Honestly I'm glad the subscription offer is ending because now I won't feel like it's a waste of my subscription to go elsewhere. I'm looking forward to other stores' coffee which is nicer and has much cleaner premises too.

My favourite Pret! And coming from London that says a lot! I come here almost every morning before work and it brightens up my day, the best staff and really good coffee! Will miss it when I move back to London.
