Could not fault the service. Receptionist Daniella was super helpful made checking in really smooth after a long journey. She sorted out a booking issue with care and understanding. Truly grateful for her help.

Further to your typical Premier Inn; Clean room, comfy bed, extra pillows in the room, decent TV, tea making, lack of USB next to the bed.. The West Derby Hotel has plenty of free on site parking. Location is great for snacks as it shares its space with a decent size food retailers and a Costa. Definitely convenient for staying on the edge of the city, although traffic is busy on the main road. That said, can't hear any of it from the room. Staff are friendly and chatty. Breakfast in the Beefeater next door was very good. Quality Premier Inn.

Very handy location if you're in town for the Liverpool game. Approx. 40mim walk to the ground or 15-20mim taxi ride. So taxi recommended. Food is also good next door and breakfast is your usual standard from PremierInn buffet ??Rooms: Family room, which consisted of a large double bed and a pull out couch, but also an additional annex with a single bed in it?!, which meant a separate sleeping area that was a Godsend!Food & drinks: The Beefeater next door had good quality food and beer available, although only experienced the buffet breakfast in the morning, but everything was fresh and refilled promptly

On 23 Feb 2024 , at 6:30Pm, the 2 ladies at the reception were helpful and really kind, they saved our day! I made a surprise to my Husband and daughter (early surprise) as they will have their birthday party in the next couple of days. Thank you for both of them!

My son and I stayed here Saturday 3rd Feb for one night as cane over to see Pretty Woman the musical ..Been to this hotel before ..great service great place to rest ...Like it as it's easy to get to and from city ...Food & drinks: Lovely restaurant the Stag and Rainbow Beefeater and great choice of food and drinks ..friendly helpful staff..

£40 per night!Where else can you find something like that?Rooms: Beautiful roomsNearby activities: Many shops, less than 100 meters awayWalkability: There is little to do in the area, a few small supermarketsFood & drinks: The hotel, next to it, has a good restaurant, where you can have an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinnerBy the way, if you want to have breakfast in your room, you do it here!
