Great location, good modren hotel. We got put in the wrong room (had booked family room), and had to all go back downstairs after already entering the wrong room type. It was annoying in this case not to have a phone in the room. The shower head needs a clean as it has mould on it. We left luggage before check-in (as no early check-in was available for family rooms) and after check-out, no charge but left a donation for local hospital. I'd use it again for the location. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Buffet brekfast was good and with 2 free kids' breakfasts it is good value.

You know what you get with a PI. Great location having travelled by train. Staff were brill and helpful. Three small niggles: keep plate missing off my door, my phone wouldn't hook up to the WiFi, no view as such, I could see straight across into student bedrooms and vice versa when you made the effort to look out, I avoided doing so once I realised!For business this was perfect so I'd not hesitate to stay again.

I don't normally write reviews, but I will for this place.We stayed at the hotel last and cannot fault the service that was provided from the staff when we checked in.The location was great as we arrived via train and was just a quick 2 min out of Lime Street Station.The room was clean and had good views over the city centre, bath room had toiletries and more than enough which was great.I would highly for anyone for a night's stay or even a few nights.Rooms: The room was tidy, bathroom was clean and had toiletries which came in handy as I forgot to pack those for night away.Walkability: The hotel is above a shopping centre with a food hall and a supermarket so there is enough in close proximity to get something to eat, but even a extra minutes walk and you not far away from a restaurant or a bar.

The location of this hotel is perfect for all sights in the city and only a stones throw from the main train station. I stayed here for a couple of nights with my partner and couldn?t fault it. The breakfast was lovely, the room was everything we needed and the staff couldn?t do more to help. We had lots of questions about things to do and the manager David went above and beyond. Will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Bedroom had a tiny window which meant it was dark all day - see picture. Food was not good - both breakfast and dinner. Had meal deal included in my rate for two days but after the first day I didn't bother with it. The cheesecake was almost not edible. The location is very central for transport and check-in and out was quick and convenient.Rooms: Dark due to small window. Had a working TV, decent shower and had a bath.Food & drinks: Not good, would not recommend dining here but lots of options nearby.

Stayed over for one night, room was very nice and clean,comfortable bed,great facilities, and location. The meal deal is a must,the steak we had was cooked to perfection, the food was beautiful, service was absolutely fantastic. Thanks for a great stay we will be seeing you in the near future.

Stayed here on a visit to Liverpool for my sons 12th birthday.. (visit to Anfield etc)Was dreading the thought of staying here to he honest, BUT the place is amazing!Location is right beside the station on Lime st, a stones throw from the town center and buses from the airport stop just around the corner.The place was spotless, rooms are super comfy, and the breakfasts are superb.But the best thing is the staff, ... I've done city breaks all over the world and I have to say the staff at lime street are the most friendliest and helpful I've ever came across, they made a good stay into an amazing stay... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends or family and we will definitely be back next time we are in Liverpool...And for your information.. Bus number 500 goes from the airport to Liverpool... Get off at St John's shopping center.. Hotel is 200m in front of you...Rooms: Clean and super comfyWalkability: Close to everythingFood & drinks: Had breakfast and evening meals here... Good cooking and no issues

The staff were excellent and provided great service including a breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Liverpool- right opposite the lime street train station in the heart of the city.

Clean, quiet and a good nights sleep. You know what you get with a prem inn , checked in last minute as had to leave another hotel . Staff friendly, room clean, all facilities worked, and a great price. Car park just across the road and whilst close to lots of bars restaurants etc it?s in a quieter part of the city centre
