We stayed for one night, the room was nice and clean, what we expected to be honest, the TV channels were a bit limited. We booked for breakfast and waited about fifteen minutes to be seen to our table, there seemed to be only one woman clearing the tables and aeeting them again for the next guests, she was run of her feet. We then had to wait about another ten minutes for the food to be refreshed, I gave up waiting for the fried eggs. I think in all we were happy with the service, it was just let down by breakfast.

Location is great!Staff is bored. During our stay there was a fire Alarm. The staff was really slow and they were more busy to find themselfe an umbrella instead of helping the barefoot customers? the TV is so small you can?t see anything from the bed. They wanted 3x the Price during new year?s eve?Our bathroom has mold all over the ceiling, definitely Not okay. I think that?s because all the walls inclusive towels are wet and the room is like 8 degrees without the radiator on 28 degrees the entire day and night.I think this place should be renovated and the staff should be nicer.Because of the mold I?d like to get a refund, at least a part of the stay.Rooms: Old, smallest TV ever, mold in bathroomNearby activities: Shopping, Albert dock, busstation, nightlifeWalkability: Everything accessible (Shoppingcentre etc)

Very busy hotel which is short staffed never the less the staff went out of there way to assist. The hotel itself is in a great location however the rooms are outdated and in need of a refresh, No plug sockets or USB ports near bed, also the TV very small.

Great place to stay in a unique Premier Inn due to the fact the architecture of the building is evident in every room. **Top tip, ask for a room with an outdoor view as some rooms are internal!**

When I went to check in, the reception staff were fine and the atmosphere looked alright but when I couldn?t find my way to my room which I was looking for, some woman staff came over to me in the snotty way and said ?excuse me sorry!! You know when you come in!! Go that way and saves you going around!!? And she didn?t even come over and apologise and I am not happy about what happened with my stay and I did enjoy chilling there but pity it?s cold tho and I think it actually needs an update and refurbishment and anyway I don?t think I will come back here again after what happened with some snotty woman and the 1st I stayed here at the docks was fine but this is the 2nd time and which wasn?t great and I think the Lime Street Premier Inn is better than this 1 and I never had problems at Lime Street

Do Not consider this place! Apart from the breakfast, this place was not fit for purpose! Apart from the ?Maze? like corridors to find your room and the bed bugs being on the loose in this place (overheard the neighbours interaction with one of them)! I also had a strange encounter with Room 173! This room had its very own internal viewing courtyard that resembled an enclosure from a top end zoo! With attractive landscaping and curtains to close over the window, unfortunately the lights were not switched off overnight to this area therefore making it near impossible to get to sleep as no black out blinds, unfortunately I never seen anything in the viewing gallery but did expect the Cadbury?s gorilla to jump out into this area at several points in my stay! Aesthetically the building does have some character but that?s it, the practicalities of this are next to nil! As Ben C mentioned in his review - this hotel is ?quirky? to say the least! I would say Premier Inn needs to invest in this site, as long overdue and whilst the staff and location are both great it?s the building and ongoing upkeep that?s bringing it down!Rooms: Functional but stay clear ofRoom 173 if you want to sleep

Typical Premier Inn, basic, but clean and comfortable rooms. Set in an old dock side warehouse, with exposed brick ceilings. Be prepared for a significant walk from reception to your room; floor 1 has 80 rooms, meandering through this historic building! Not too far from Qpark One, which is £24 for 24 hours... Well situated for the nightlife.

Where to start with this. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and were very disappointed from the start. We were given our room, it was pretty poor. The room didn't have any heating for November. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and was pretty run down. The curtains were stained. The 2nd room was just as bad! It started off ok with the heat until around 3am the AC started to blow cold and only cold air. The next day, we spoke with the day staff and explained this to be told it would be looked into. We left the room for the day to return to find the room colded than outside, another visit to reception, staff explained they were not aware of our problems. We were then supplied with an oil filled radiator and that are AC was set to cold and not hot, which they had to change. Hotel offers a meal deal with dinner and breakfast package, dinner isn't worth the money. It's a set menu we picked our choice and where ready to order to be told, sorry, where are out of almost every item, drinks is also a set menu with an option to upgrade. My partner chose to upgrade her drink, on the menu it starts "any spirits with mixer £2" when we asked for the bill we had been charged for the spirit and mixer separately, I brought this to the attention of the staff who didn't want to know, 1 member walked away and left what I believe to be a new start with this problem even the manager wasn't understanding the fine print on the set menu!! Below are rooms were very noisy bins and bottles being emptied constantly. We expected more from a major hotel chain and their staff.

Unprofessional, Rude , Lying & Irresponsible Hotel Manager - Room temperature 7 degreesShould be zero star.We booked a family room from 8Dec -10Dec.The first thing I noticed the room was very cold. I tried the thermostat located on the Wall , display stayed on for a few seconds & then switched itself off.So I went to reception & report it to the manager. He said, I come to fix it. He was walking behind me then he disappeared. So neither he came nor someone else on behalf of that hotel . So the manager lied.I went to reception again, a female receptionist was there so I explained the heating is not working. She said ? ON OUR WEBSITE WE DO NOT OFFER A ROOM WITH HEATING FACILITIES, SO IF THE HEATING IS NOT WORKING, I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!!!I couldn?t believed what I heard, so I asked; is that some kind of a joke???She seems very rude and unprofessional as well the same as her manager.I said to that receptionist, heating in a hotel room is the standard practice, you don?t need to have it on your website.A hotel room must have temperature between 18-22 degrees to be class as habitable.I have reported the above to Liverpool City Council, Health & Safety & Trading Standard to investigate. The problem starts from the top , if the manager rude & unprofessional, then the staffs below him will be the same.I have already paid for 2 nights as well, she refused to refund the money so we go to other hotels despite of such a short notice. Then I went and asked for the manager again.I had to go one more time after that time so they find the manager. His customer service skill was zero. So I asked why he didn?t come to fix the heating as promised before, he smiled but no apology or explanation. So this time he said he will send another mini electric radiator.Bear in mind, those mini radiator are very hot to touch which are hazardous for children to burn their hands. But that mini radiator never arrived. We waited until midnight nothing arrived. So that manager lied again. The manager was playing some stupid games. At the same time, we were concerned about our health & safety. After a freezing night; the Next morning I went down to reception & asked if I can have a refund for the next night so we go to a different hotel. Again they said NO!!!!The booking was made on the flexible option on their website. The manager had the opportunity to fix the thermostat & the heating the next. But he ignored everything & did nothing!!!!The room temperature was between 7 & 8 degrees & as a direct result ourselves & children we all got cold/flue & coughing.I have been using Premiere in for many years, I don?t understand how this person who doesn?t understand customer service & doesn?t care about the guests have been employed as a manager!!!!!We feel we have been insulted after that hotel treatment.Shame on service provided by Premier inn Albert Dock.Legal action to follow.

Service was great, room was shocking. Musky and damp smell in the room, TV was tiny, the aircon would periodically turn itself on and go up to 28 degrees during the night, the plug in the sink could not be removed, situated right next to a night club so music is audible throughout the night and guests leaving the club will loiter outside making noise at all hours of the morning.

Stayed here a few times but probably won't again. Its very dated now and needs a major refurb. Heater/AC unit sounded like a tractor and bedside lamp broken. Secondary glazing steams up and ruins what should be a fantastic view of the docks. Can't fault the staff however who were efficient and friendly.

Very convenient for the ACC and Albert Dock, short walk into the city centre. Quick check in. I was given room 145, which comes with a view of the dock, a very spacious room, however almost zero WiFi and Phone signal, TV could only receive BBC 1 and BBC 2, all other channels were breaking up, due to poor reception. A plug socket next to the bed is a bonus. Decent enough bathroom although could do with an upgrade and a nice walk in shower instead of the bath/shower combo. As per usual the bed was perfect. Air conditioning (it broke down 1 day in) and hairdryer in the room (cord was short and stuck to the wall with screws, so wasn't the easiest to use). Things to improve: 1. The TV was very old and small while the sound from the speakers was terrible. Could plug in a HDMI so had all my Google TV set up within a few minutes. Cleaner windows but being right on the dock I guess it's hard. A standing light in the corner would help, the room was very dark with no central light in the main area, just a couple of bed lights. The main light was too far down the corridor by the door. The brick work and metal beams gives the room a distinct feeling from other Premier Inn hotels. Needs modernisation.

It is what expected from Premier Inn in terms of the food and rooms. What was unexpected was the lack of staff. For a Friday evening there was one on the bar, one for the restaurant and one lady on reception that also handled all the phones and customers. Definitely need more staff.

If you like tunnels, squeeks and shrieks. Come here for a little tale. Once upon a time in a long deep cavern with a squeaky floor. Lived a small little room with a mysterious window that looked out onto a idelic prison. Where the night is day and the day is day. Where no one ever enters and no one ever escapes. Will there be peepers and creeps watching me while I sleep? Shrieks fill the tunnels as the little French bedroom invades scuttle across a victim?s face. No sleeping for you. Eyes wider looking for an escape. Will you enter??

3 night stay with friends, room was cold, (freezing in fact).a/c unit was filthy, full of dust ?.Restaurant was a total let down.9 meals ordered, over an hour later was advised order had not gone through to kitchen, then waited a further 30 min for meals to be brought out. No apology, nothing.
