We booked a two bedroom apartment - this was our second visit to the premises so we knew we would have comfortable, clean accommodation. It was even better this time as we were allocated a penthouse suite. Absolutely amazing. Staff were really friendly. We spoke to Kelly who took our booking and she was very helpful and ensured our check out was trouble-free. Will definitely be booking Premier Suites for our future visits to Liverpool.

Stayed here a couple of times and both times were sound, clean and tidy and close to everything you need, didn?t get my free bottle of complimentary wine though, :( Receptionist is very polite and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place if your staying in Liverpool, it?s really good value for your money

Pretty rundown apartment, smelled like sewage. Cleanish, but trash was left in one bathroom ( also the tiles on floor was lose) and one of the plastic cup was used. Otherwise the apartment was ok, but could use a upgrade. TV in bedroom did not work. The staff was friendly and got checked in pretty fast. Good location.

Clean and well equipped apartments, comfy beds Very noisy location so sleep is interrupted several times during the night, lots of shouting, etc Windows only open about an inch so like a sauna when hot outside, most unpleasant and no air con Good location for walking everwhere Secure underground parking Friends helpful staff

Had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom suite on the 5th floor . Everything we needed in the apartment . Great location to see the sites of Liverpool. Comfortable beds . Safe Parking on site & the reception staff very pleasant & helpful. Highly recommend & will definitely return

Big thank you to everyone at Liverpool, sorted through my normal booking app but can also book direct, have a look on their website. Great communications, this is service apartments, so you get a part time receptionist then you come and go as you please. Clean, beds way more comfy than those Lenny Henry used to promote, the kitchenette it?s well equipped, you also have laundry, hot water on demand and control of your own heating. The hotel has discrete signage externally so it?s quite easy to drive past, there is short term on-street parking almost outside (just past hotel) and you can book secure gated parking in the hotels car park. The stay felt like home, comfortable yet private and the location is ideal for city and train station. I?d stay here again.

This place was excellent value, situated within walking distance of most of the sights of interest. There is parking & also a bus stop right outside, tho' admittedly the woman we saw in reception on the first day knew nothing about which buses stopped there or when! But that was the only very minor gripe. A bonus was that were on the top (7th) floor & had a great view across the city. Beds were comfortable & there was ample heating which we did occasionally need at night!

We had the best weekend, Our positive experience with the hotel started before we left home. I dealt with the very helpful adviser Kelly , she couldn?t have been more helpful, I rang her as I was sent a link to make my payment, a system I?m not familiar with at all and she immediately told me not to worry and she would take my payment over the phone , she left very clear instructions on what we should do on arrival. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and as it was a gated complex we felt very safe Thank you to Kelly and the Premier staff Jackie

Currently staying at premier suites, room is cramped and tight, mattresses are uncomfortable and substandard. The shower is stiff and hard to use. If you want sleep whilst your time at Liverpool I wouldn't recommend this as you can hear everything going on outside. However the beds are spacious and clean, comes with 2 bathrooms that have a bath, sink, toilet and shower. Sofas are comfortable and you can sink into them like a cloud. I did enjoy my stay at this suite and would recommend

Absolute worst hotel I have stayed in over the weekend me and my partner come to have a peaceful night away to arrive at the hotel to be given a room that was disgusting full off food in bin on the side and intensive left everywhere when I went downstairs to complain I was told oh I will give you another room so second time lucky we try the other room the same again I had to go down and complain to then be told the rooms me and my partner had been put in was rooms that people lived in them to be told there no more vaccany that they would have to cancel somebody else booking to be third time lucky to be put on the roof top to then go and look at r third room which was nice but to have the balcony door broke an horrible draft coming in and Neibour next door who had a party kept us up all night slamming screaming at top of there voices and also kicking people door which was ridiculous also to be left with they other 2 room keys / as from a working background from GDPR as was told to keep all 3 keys to the 3 rooms we was give as security they should of took the other 2 sets of keys off me because I could of let anyone in the building not that am that person but as security that is the most thing you should keep safe is the building and the area would not recommend to anybody unless you want a sleepless night and also room to be looking like as attached in the review I have left also I am waiting for a manger to call me today to discuss a refund with me and I am going to make sure after the experience we have had we get a full refund otherwise will be taking it further

Perfect! We stayed here for the weekend. Very clean, good layout with a separate bedroom to the kitchen and living area. It came with a good mount of cutlery and pots and pans, perfect for cooking in the kitchen area. Th fire alarm do go off while we were here, but that was ok. I was a bit startled but it was sorted within 10 minutes (there wasn?t an actual fire haha!) Perfect for a romantic getaway.

First impressions where it looked good value for money but its let down by cheap furnishings like come on a wok to fry eggs for brekkie and when I asked for one they simply don't have any. Beds need replacing could feel every spring. Noisy from student apartments over the road and fan tunnel and very warm and no ventilation has windows don't open wide enough. Hopefully you will look into the basics has definitely want to come back
