When the PO is open, the staff are friendly, professional and do their best to get through the queues quickly.Unfortunately, when there is a large queue, there is often only one member of staff running the counter.There has also been a few occasions when I have headed to post things at 4.30, and the PO has been closed. Considering their opening hours are until 5pm. This forces me to head to another PO which I trust on Boaler Street instead, which is open much later and always has two members of staff for queues.The lead into the shop is good, albeit needing some repairs as I caught my walking stick on the damaged paving.The inside of the PO is incredibly dark, the inside does not feel inviting, while there are rows of cards, these are often in an unlit area at the back of the shop.The shop could do with some overdue TLC.I'm giving 2 stars for when they're open.

Small Post Office but has a nice staff member lady who runs the place, she is friendly and always willing to help and chat.Only fault is the ATM outside of it is regularly out of cash or just plain out of service. Very annoying as the next one is far and not great for a disabled person to have to travel.

Small post office where you can do all the things you expect from a P.O. Buy stamps - send parcels - buy electricity/gas for token meters - pay bills - passport photograph booth - buy birthday cards/banners/birthday related goods - use any Royal Mail and Paypooint services. All the usual application forms are there and staff always helpful and friendly. There's a cash point (ATM) and Hackney taxi rank outside too.
