Extremely rude and miserable old lady that closes earlier than she should. I think if she is that eager to get home it?s time for someone new. This has also happened multiple times.

Horrible old lady who works in 404 longmoor lane rude to disabled people and myself will never use this post office ever again what happend to royal mail providing a good service this lady should be avoided at all costs will be using a different one in the future as this lady is scaring your customers off

Anne and Chris are wonderful. Always helpful and friendly. Do not pay attention to any the bad reviews. Lovely girls and work really hard, nothing the don't know about their job.

Abysmal customer service me and my wife needed to buy some stamps so we went by today. Google said they closed at 2:30 when we arrived at 2:20 the old lady at the counter already had her coat on and refused to serve my wife. When i tried to speak to her she point blanc ignored me!Appalling behaviour avoid!

When to this post office for the 1st time yesterday had 2 parcels to post, lady was very helpful helped me with the post codes very good customer service and service with a smile

I actually really enjoy the service here. I haven't been met with any negative attitude and everyone has been very helpful. I do live locally and have been going here for a long time and haven't had any trouble. My parcels are dealt with quickly and they have given me advice from time to time on improving my packaging.

I use this post office alot to post parcels as i have my own etsy store, i always find the staff to be very pleasant and have the most wonderfull customer service skills i have ever witnessed. The staff take there time to have a little chat with you and get to know you abit, i always speak to a lovely blonde haired lady named linda shes a delightfull lady to speak to. Its a really nice visit, i enjoy sneaking to the staff. I even got them Christmas cards. I look forward to my visits to this post office and having a little gab with the ladys who work there. I cant wait for my next visit to this store in afew days

The staff in the post office seem to be in some kind of competition to see how rude they can be to customers without getting sacked. Maybe the people who have given good reviews have been lucky. I only go in about once a year and its always the worst part of my day to interact with the staff here. I need to remember that there's a parcel drop off box on Brookfield so I can avoid this place.

Horrible staff, Especially the blonde one... really rude, makes comments under her breath and always seems to be in a mood. I thought it was just me and then read the other reviews... disgraceful, I don?t know how she still has a job. She?s doesn?t have any manners and all she does is like to huff and puff.

Horrible attitude on the short blonde woman. Every time i've used their services, she's giving out snarls and had something to mutter under her breath and it looks like its not just me she does it to after reading the reviews for this branch!

No issues with the service as noted by other reviews. Woman seemed friendly and was quicker than in the Walton Vale Post Office with no queue at all.In the Vale Post Office I have to get there half an hour early and stand in line for 20 minutes due to them closing at 1pm on the weekdays due to Covid. Went to this one past 2pm and it was still open ??
