Totally disagree with all the reviews. I go to this post office every week on a Tuesday. The lady is always so pleasant, she gets the job done as quickly as possible while remaining professional and polite. She has been working there years and knows exactly what to do. She is the only reason I go to this post office!. It?s a busy office , i have no idea why the post office don?t employ more staff!

LadyWith pony tail and glasses is awful. Always says my money is declined when she puts my barcode in. Counts my money wrong. I?ve had to recount it out aloud in front of her numerous of times. She keeps putting in the wrong bar code. She asked me to read out the numbers to her and she still kept putting in the wrong numbers to the point I had to leave and go to a different post office where they did it straight away with no problem. That woman needs to resign.

Why are the shutters half down 1 hour before (1.30 Saturday) the time it states on Google (2.30)? Please change so I?m not wasting my time and probably others travelling to this branch.

They laugh at customers who are diligent when filling in forms - AVOID AVOID AVOID!Also heard shouting at fellow customers and have previously been told my parcel wasn't at the office when it in fact was - NIGHTMARE!

Went there today to get some electric top up at 4pm and the place was closed. Need to update opening and closing times on Google as that info would?ve saved me a journey today ?
