Massive lack of care and slow service. Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced.
Lack of cleanliness. Toilet does not lock. Staff are MISERABLE. Got desserts wrong. Had to ask for assistance constantly. Hate to see how they would cope when busy.

Order £30 worth of food. Driven 16 miles in total. Found out it was a small pizza and not a large. Spoken to manager and they said it was a mistake and to bring it back for them to "see"

Haven?t been here in years it made McDonald?s look like a Michelin star restaurant, on arrival and by the way it was Saturday about 4.30 empty , staff looked at us as if we weren?t wanted , anyway sat down at a dirty table chose a hand stretched pizza how anyone can hand stretch a perfectly symmetrical circle is beyond me , looked like an Iceland?s basic range pizza I think it was £17 I could of filled a trolley in Iceland for that . Not wanting to labour the point but how could any family go here and pay for this expensive experience please please save your money go somewhere like Rudy?s get a proper authentic pizza for a fraction of the price

Absolutely disgusting service was none existent tables were full of dishes on arrival. Outside the restaurant was full of litter and dirty. Windows were full of finger prints.
Salad buffet was dirty and not clean and a lot of contamination. Nothing on the buffet was signed with what things was. It was a shambles.
Allergy?s is extremely important from what has happened over the past 3/4 years and this restaurant I visited didn?t seem to have anything in place.

Great pizza and salad bar, love the bottomless drinks. The place was nice and clean. The vanilla ice cream is really nice and creamy. Staff were very friendly, easy to get hold of and helpful and ensured the salad bar was topped up regularly. Still a bit pricey, but made up for it in taste and service.

Went for the buffet and really fresh pizza that was always refilled quickly with great choice of flavours and the salad bar was so fresh and tasty well worth the money

We were seated quickly, table itself wasn't initally clean but they wiped it down for us. Accessible toilet door doesn't lock or stayed locked.
Drinks machine was filthy around it, (pictures included)
Food was generally really nice, but the salad bar was trashed and so messy, understocked.
Probably would visit again but not in a rush

Had a great time at Aintree Pizza Hut tonight staff so friendly and kids friendly the staff were amazing and my daughter had a great birthday the staff I couldn?t thank enough for all they did

Having the recommendations for what we needed, the server didn?t just try to palm us off with a buffet, but was interested in what we actually wanted. Everything was great, and to be honest better than expected for a busy-ish lunchtime. The salad bar was well stocked , as was the buffet, although we didn?t use it, the selection looked good and the pizzas looked very tasty.
