Overall worth a visit if your in town, the service a food is pretty good, i would recommend you download the app before you go as you might nab some free doughballs.

Food was okay but was cold on more than just one course. The service to then get then get the food replaced or heated up was shocking. Barely a person in here at that time. They need to up their standards!

Very bad experience, I do not reccomend this place if you feel hungry. Pizza is pretty bad, you chew like a chewing gum to eat it and has pathches of burn ( overcoocked).
Hot chocolate is more like a brown water with no taste, no sugar, it is so much diluted that you could say they washed the dishes in that mug.
And the waitress didn't understand my options for pizza.

We never even got past the wait here sign at the door ...NO ONE ..came to seat us or even acknowledge us being there...after waiting 10 mins we gave up and left as did the people who arrived just after us...DISGUSTING

As soon I arrived a blond waitres told me I have to wait. I understand this, but since I went for a quick bit only I thought this shouldn't be a big issue. However, what pissed me off is that I wanted something to drink at the beginning and nobody came! The blonde waitress was talking to the kitchen staff, an Indian guy was cleaning tables (very slow ?) and nobody else was watching the customers and what they could need. Nobody seems to care. And the restaurant was not busy! In hospitality industry you have to be and move your ass QUICK! I decided to leave the restaurant, but before I saw a manager that looked like Shaggy from Scooby Doo (moving here to there, but doing nothing really) and told him that service was shocking.
