Love FACT cinema . Great membership deals, with free tickets , especially for the over 60s. Who are offered free tea and coffee Monday to Friday with your membership. The bar is a lovely place to sit and read. Gallery spaces are of interest . There are three screens . I find this place far friendly and more intimate than the big cinemas. Check it out !!

Comfy, reclining cinema seats

The best independant cinema in Liverpool. Blockbusters to Indie films, and some superb screenings of classics. All the screens have comfy seats, and The Box is just an extra special treat for screenings.

I am absolutely in love with this cinema. It is run by the entertainment company Picture House which is owned by Cineworld?s ownership. They have a very nice bar on the second floor and a snack bar on the third floor right next to the entrance of the three screens. The movie tickets are quite affordable and they have a good selection of art or independent films. They also have some film events such as Wednesday night for filmmakers to meet up I wish I lived closer to the cinema, so I could could come here more often. I feel involved and am surrounded by cultured people in this place.

Excellent cinema! Great experience. Its not everyday you meet the producers/production team at the film screening.

They show a good range of films that you won't see in mainstream cinemas. Apart from "The Box" their seats are comfortable but their projectors are consistently underlit. "The Box" is the worst cinema I've ever been in, and I won't watch any film in there. It's an event space that doubles as a cinema. The viewing angles and sound are all wrong, and the seats are like fabric covered crates.

Great facilities, friendly staff. Always clean. Good alternative to the overcrowded big chains.
