Took an iPhone to phone tech for a screen replacement, reasonably priced and good service. Sadly though they didn?t use a genuine Apple screen and my phone now tells me I?m the settings that it?s not a genuine part, plus my phone now has another issue. Since I?ve had the screen replaced my phone now does its own thing as I?m not picking up when I?m touching the screen and just doing what it?s wants (opening apps, scrolling to top of pages on its own, posting things without me being able to stop it) pretty much because the screen is faulty. I dropped my phone in to see if they could fix it but straight away the owner tried to think of an excuse on why he can?t fix the screen (screen protector removed) bare in mine I bought the protector after screen repair. So I left my phone with them for 30 minutes for them to see if they could find the issue after 30 minutes I returned and he said there was no issue and to see how it?s goes pretty much. So if they did actually look at the phone (taken the casing off) the would see the bottom of the screen is not fitted correctly and can see green lighting from where it?s just not fitted properly. Even writing the review has taken years off me as I can barely type now. Bottom line they used cheap parts without contacting me to see if that wasn?t an issue then didn?t check phone properly once repair was made and also didn?t look at it properly once returned. Never had an issue with phone tech or the staff but cos of this I 100% would not return or recommend

Had my phone stolen in Paris so came in here for the exact same phone IPhone 13 Pro Max & he even threw in a screen protector, case & cable with warranty for a very good price! Very helpful! Thank you all at PhoneTech :)

Ah the lads in phone tech are brilliant, weve been using them since the open their shop around the corner. My son dropped his phone and screen was broken. we dropped the phone off on Saturday and we would pick it up Tuesday. so on wednesday i pick up phone he had a delay and was still working on it, bless th because of slight timing, he gave us £15 worth of free stuff new protective screen cover and new phone case. Thier customer service is excellent and recomend them to anyone. Thanks lads

I found an old Galaxy S6 edge plus in the house but the battery needed replacing. I called up and they had one in stock, went down and seen a window full of reasonably priced phones.Bought a Galaxy S9 in blue without a single mark on it.Thank you, very friendly polite people in this store. I always go this store with my device issues.
