The level of upkeep of the bathroom, bedroom and of the house in general was appalling and lacking cleanliness. The bedroom floor was water damaged and peeling, covered by a carpet off-cut. The bathroom was mouldy and had wallpaper peeling off the wall. The whole place needs a complete renovation and deep clean.

I had been to liverpool once before and loved my experience because of the friendliness of the local people we met. My second visit was an emotional visit for me and martin at Penny lane BnB was a welcoming host, and provided a warm and homily place to stay. I hope to return again soon.

Really nice guy, friendly and considerate. Had a choice of 2 nicely furnished rooms and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety, all round a great atmosphere would stay there again. Good value for money.

Super value for money... Great friendly host. Beatles songs so strong ! Phone direct... Not possible to book via agency's unless air bandb. Great place to stay
