I ordered online for delivery at 11:30 today, but it has not yet arrived. It is now 12:30. I called the shop more than 20 times, but they did not answer. There is no way to cancel or request a refund online, so I had to leave a message on their website. They stated that it would take 5 working days for them to contact me. This has been a very annoying and disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding ordering from this shop to save yourself time and frustration.

One and done, it was cold, barely any toppings and wasn't even cut properly I'll not be returning this place there's so many better places to get pizza.

It took over an hour for the food to start to be made. We rang 4 times and each time the phone was answered and put down, so we couldn't cancel. When the food eventually arrived (a fully vegetarian order) they'd put chicken nuggets in the potato tots box. We found this out when my husband (a vegetarian of 20 years) bit into one. To make matters worse, when I complained to Papa John's customer service, the good will gesture was an offer code for a free side next time we order! Absolute joke!

3 days ago I order my pizza. Unfortunately still waiting. Phone they didn?t pick it up on time. Phone waiting time 30 mins and 12-15 times need to call. When they pick it up store manager told me they don?t have any order. I request for the refund and I still waiting.
I don?t recommend this place at all.
Just opinion they need to change the all staff.

Will never order from here again, waste of time, sent meat order when we ordered vegetarian,made us wait 90 mins for a replacement, whole replacement order was wrong everything contained meat and it was nothing that we ordered, completely wrong. Had to get a refund as they couldn?t get simple order right, offered no complimentary free pizza next time or anything for all the messing around. Will never go there again and i hope they are one of the pappa johns that are shutting down.
