I?m writing on my experience with the website not the physical store but i am so pleased with this company. I had been eyeing up a north face puffer from here as the specific colour wasn?t available anywhere else and stumbled across some very mixed reviews on trustpilot. I was scared to buy anything at first as all reviews were either 5 star or 1, with some people even suggesting this is a scam or not a real company. The extreme variety in experiences worried me but i purchased the coat i wanted as soon as it went on sale. Received various emails updating me on my order status and even received next day delivery for free! Could not have had a better experience online shopping! Thank you to the team behind this and everyone working in branch :)

Shop is kind of okeyish but a very very annoying loud music from Goa Style to Punk Rock. Desaster. Left without buying

You have to know the brands that they sell are exclusive top end brands , it is unique to find in Liverpool, so enjoy the shop.

It?s a very good boutique, and I feel like there are a lot of Japanese design brands in it. I really like the thermos/coffee cup inside, as well as some small bags and card holders with contrasting colors. Worth a visit.

The manager at the Liverpool store, Sean, thinks it's appropriate to raise his voice and be intimidating towards customers. He refused to return a pair of unworn trousers with the tags in tact as he said they weren't in re-sellable condition... He was rude and inappropriate. Head office weren't helpful, they didn't get back to me like they said they would. Disappointing considering I had spent £300 in the store. A waste of money and time. Avoid this store if you can.
