Absolutely fantastic. Edward was with us every step of the way. Helped and sorted all our queries or worries. Responded within minutes to our emails. Planned everything we wanted down to the letter. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Terrible service, holiday cancelled due to easyJet cancelling flights. Orbis very slow to refund, emails not answered, took 4 weeks to get refund, after 6 phone calls.
