Moved into a property in January and Helen went above and beyond in arranging this from the very begining of the process. From late night opening to do a viewing due to work commitments to giving general help and advice. We have had a couple of repairs that have needed doing and Helen arranged for these to be completed without delay. Cannot fault anything about the service provided and always a pleasure to see and speak to Helen as we see her most days and she always has a smile and a wave!!

Worst lettig agency i ha e ever rented off! My ceilingg is practically falling in and she i have been trying to get repairs done for over 3 months! They have left the property in danger for my child and myself and now do not answer! And will not tell me who my landlord is

bought my house from this estate agents and 2 years later still have it showing for sale. it is not for sale. i have phoned and emailed them to ask them to take it down but they wont. im going to see if i can get a solicitor onto them to remove it from their online sale. im unhappy at getting nowhere with them.

I've rented from Nick for a few years now & I could not fault him & his staff one bit. Always sort small jobs out for me quickly .. He took my disability into consideration & found me the perfect property. A lot of landlords wouldn't think twice to be so helpful..

Avoid at all costs!!! One stop have been my managing agents for years but all of a sudden I found my rent payments had stopped, when queried or trying to call I would be fobbed of or not given answer and no calls back despite leaving numerous messages. Finally had to report to Ombudsman. I also asked them to take out the local landlord licensing on my behalf as I am not often in the country and just had no response. It seems they are trying to use this as a way to withhold rent â?¹? I have now taken to the Ombudsman and in the process of licensing myself. But surprise surprise still no response or care from One Stop regarding rectifying the situation and getting everything sorted out. Shall now pass to my solicitors to start legal proceedings against the company!!! Very very poor customer service!!!!!

Absolutely the worst Agent I have dealt with in my 20 years as a landlord. Never return phone calls, hardly ever answer the phone. I think the owner Nick has given up caring and letâ??s a couple of kids out of their depth run the show. The amount of times Iâ??ve had to deal with the tenants direct as no one could get hold of agent is unreal, and I live in Essex. I have had to rush down to Liverpool numerous times as this agent didnâ??t s what they meant to and left my tenant without help. In the end I sold the property at auction rather than deal with the stress this unprofessional and incompetent company caused me. AVOID AT ALL COST....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....WORSE AGENT AWARD GOES TO THE ONE STOP PROPERTY SHOP.

One Stop have managed my properties for over ten years. I've always found them to be professional and efficient. Whenever a problem has arisen, they've always been there to sort it out.

very very very bad service ,always make false promises
they open late close early and they answer your call after about 10 attempts, when and if when they do answer they say we will call you back and they never do
I would give them 1 out of 10
