Screens always clean self service screens make it quicker then waiting in the queue, toilets where clean and staff helpful and friendly - screen 11 was absolutely freezing cold, not what I expected

Lovely cinema, reclining seats are so comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff . Couldn?t give 5 stars because it?s freezing in there. So if you want a 5 star rating for pity?s sake put the heating on!

Brilliant small screenings, recliner seats and helpful staff! Sound is amazing. Best cinema in Liverpool and surrounding area. Went to see Napoleon and it was absolutely freezing I even had my hood up at one point! One star off now for the glacial conditions. The staff are still superb. Really friendly
