Few nice staff. Most are quite cold and especially those who turn down children who need to use the toilet. Even though they are still tidying round it wouldn't harm them to let a child use the toilet but ive only once saw them say yes to such an innocent request. One staff member looked visibly scared to ask. Horrible. No heart. Expect for maybe 2 or 3 good ones. The rest dont care about anyone but themselves and that selfish coldness is the vibe of the cafe unfortunately.

The woman serving me was so rude. The younger guy was much more polite and receptive. It seems to pain on her to take my order and I thought she would kick me out of the place when I asked if there was a spot inside where I could charge my phone. Horrible service. Paid £2.50 for the worst, cheapest taste coffee serving burning hot! I mean real burns. Couldn?t even hold the cup for longer than 3 seconds.

AVOID WITH ALLERGIES
I visited this cafe yesterday with my son and daughter to buy ice cream. After queuing up I ordered (which was a fairly rude experience in itself) and then before the lady started to make the ice creams up I informed her my daughter had a peanut allergy. There were several signs around saying to inform the staff if any allergies and I always mention it anyway. The lady then looked at me and said well we can?t say that ice creams haven?t been cross contaminated as there are ice creams in the cabinet that contain nuts. I asked her what their allergy procedure was and she said well we can?t recommend buying one. I was really surprised to hear that their ?procedure? when you inform them of an allergy is that they then say you can?t have one. Surely if this was the procedure signs should have clearly just said ?we can?t serve you if you have an allergy?. As I was then standing there with 2 disappointed children I asked her did she not have a fresh tub of ice cream in the back that she could just go and get a scoop out of. The lady again looked at me and said ?well no, not really?. At this point my children started crying as they just wanted an ice cream. I really can?t believe in this world which is now full of people with allergies that the procedure when you inform them of an allergy is that you just can?t buy one. Totally ridiculous. So many people have allergies these days that is a lot of lost revenue especially over the summer period! I won?t be spending my money here again. Last week we went to Otterspool adventure on Otterspool prom and they really went over and above to cater for my daughters allergy. I really don?t understand how procedures can be so poor in this day and age. Thanks.

Got food poisoning after eating here.
Been here before and it was fine then.
We went yesterday, staff were tired I guess because they were quite rude but everyone has bad days so it was okay.
We had our meal around 3 o clock.
The same day around 11 o clock in the night the whole family started to throw up and having diarrhea. Went to the doctors today and it?s 99% food poisioning. Rang the place to ask if anyone else reported problem, and told her what happened and to see if maybe they gave us something out of date.
She was quite arrogant on the phone saying they are constantly checking temperatures and use by dates. She also said food poisioning happens 24-48 hours after eating the food. This is again not correct, doctor said it can start few hours after eating the food. I didn?t ring them in a nasty way, just wanted to warn them that maybe in the kitchen is out of date. We are not okay and our family including my 3 year old boy is throwing up and can?t keep liquid down for more than 10 minutes.
Staff?s respond is not what you would expect, not professional just rude and arrogant.

I ordered a white Americano and someone else took it from the counter. There was a black Americano on the counter for 5mins and they just added milk to it. When I asked for a fresh one they didn?t apologise. Really bad customer service.
