I went to the shop as my business simcard stopped working the staff are amazing first a lady answered the phone and assured me they can help, then another gentleman called John helped me by changing my sim speaking to the business account and solving the matter, thank you very much for both very kind and helpful staff.

Went to shop today with a problem transferring data from an old phone to a new one one member of staff Ajoul was fantastically helpful took a considerably long time to help both my wife and myself (getting on in years)he was one of the most pleasant people we have met for a long time after repeat visit same day he solved our problem,also John the manager very helpful,thank you for your patience and help ..02 speke lucky to have you Terry and Colette..

Horrible experience at this O2 came into store today only had two members of staff in which I understand might be short staffed but after waiting about 30 minutes was made to feel so unwelcome and almost attacked was sat in silence with the guy who served me didn?t even try to make conversation with me or tell me what he was doing or how he would solve my problem was sat there completely unaware of what was going on he got up abruptly saying I?ll be back then proceeded to spend 5 minutes standing with a colleague after he came back started saying to me about something with a code when I had stated I had no he then began to push again until I said I hadn?t he then took my phone and. Walked over to his colleague I still did not know what was going on he then came back two minutes later didn?t say a word he just sat there typing on his computer and checking his phone then he finally spoke saying you?ll receive a dispute message in 5 working days I had no understanding of what he had done and why I felt uncomfortable unwelcomed

After taking more than two weeks to transport my number over my phone still insists it?s number is the temporary one. It won?t send sms messages because of this. I went to the New Mersey shop tonight at 18.25, the doors were closed and staff member shouting sorry they were closed. It?s usually 20.00 and the website says 20.00 midweek.

Unfortunately, the O2 shop was a useless as O2 itself. We cancelled our contract with O2 and were not told of any outstanding bill to pay, we then received a final demand for the bill that included threats of debt collectors and court, we tried to contact O2 through thier online chat and customer services/telephone but as we no longer had the phone number which they insisted was needed for contact, we hoped the O2 wild be able to help, they said we needed to call to thier customer services which we had already done but we thought maybe it's a special direct number not the one we had already called and waited over half hour, it wasn't and we sat in the shop waiting for someone to answer for over 1hr, when they finally answered, that was ridiculous, three different agents, three different pass codes to verify it was us, then the final demand went from over £30 to £7. While in the O2 shop we heard another customer asking if they could help them with a bill and were told to call customer services, that's thier answer to everything!!We will never use O2 again. The shop, the online and customer services, all very poor it's like they just want your money!!
