I am disabled and disappointed by the treatment of me and my people.
I was lead to believe we access at ocean side but we went we were told everyone is going through the main front access because there was no way of scanning tickets.
After a long ardouse torturous walk in the blazing heat from being at the front entrance to then go all the way round to find this out was painful.
Please don't tell us all is fine we will be looked after on your website when you caused more pain than help .
I'm very disappointed I also had the indignity of my emergency underwear and wipes and sanitary products been gone through on a table in front of everyone going in by security.
I felt ashamed and exhausted by the whole episode and will probably never go to the arena again , we'll done by the 02 so caring.

When you enter the address of the store, it sends you to a park in front of the Maldron Hotel. The store is not there. The store is located in the shopping center next to a parking lot. To guide you better, look for the location of the Victoria Secrete store and it is in front. Walk a few blocks back and you will find the store since the Google location sends you to this park by mistake.

Matt and the staff doesn't respect the customer.
They don't care.
They are useless and terrible to deal with.
I change with EE. They know how to treat their customers better.

Not only the worst experience/customer service I've experienced in store ( left me standing staring at me for 10 minuites) looked at me like a piece of dirt when I asked for a product, did t ask if I was an existing o2 customer which I am and then directed me to a competitor.This for a 15 year customer and just settled an over billing issue in top....piss take AVOID AVOID AVOID

we called in the shop yesterday (14th) was seen to straight away, service very good, a big shout out to Will who sorted out an issue with our phones. Highly recommend here. Also having been with O2 for 20 years still excellent customer service & support.

I had a terrible experience with this service. They do not even respond properly or take the time to explain the terms clearly. On top of that, they added an air time payment separately without informing me beforehand. This lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend their service

I recently visited the branch to renew my current contract. It was informed to me that a text message would be sent back in 20-30 minutes due to the high volume of business at the time. I fully understand this. However, I have not received any such messages. Consequently, I have decided not to return to this branch, which has a poor customer service experience.
