At the end of January I recharged my phone balance for 30£, because I was going on a long trip and I wanted to make sure I was connected at all times,,, SURPRISE SURPRISE ?! When I tried to send a message from Manchester Airport,,,, the internet didn't work!!!! On no occasion, so I Could not send any messages or make calls of any nature.... And When I returned to Liverpool and I tried to make a single call! I received a message from O2 saying your balance is ZERO ?????? I would like to knew what happened to my money???? Where is my balance???? What happened here, tired from the trip but above all very upset ????

Don?t expect to call this shop and get help because I?ve been calling for over a week and I swear they?re allergic to answering the phone. Go to Liverpool shopping park at edge lane their staff can?t do enough for you

The address on the website and on Google maps is wrong. It currently leads to an empty patch of grass. No way of knowing where the actual store is.

I wanted to say a huge thanks to JJ aka Jack Jones in the Liverpool One store... I thought I had a virus on my phone, and was receiving allsorts of unwanted pop ups, I was really concerned. He took the phone and promptly unistalled whatever it was that I had managed to download. He really put my mind at ease.10 /10 Thanks so much ?

I have used O2 Switch Up twice in the past 6 months at this store and had a great experience both times. First time was with Jack who gave great service. Second time was with Sophie and again service was fantastic and the whole process was faultless and extremely quick. Highly recommend the store.

Absolutely diabolical customer service at this location. Went in store on 13/09/2023to buy something only to be advised to purchase it online and collect from store (they had it in stock in the store). The staff were all free and were chatting amongst themselves. O2 site also failed so I am over £100 short since as the transaction failed but my money is still ?frozen?.
