Absolutely disgusting service, twice I have been in to try and speak to someone regarding my children's bank accounts, both times been dismissed and told to try and talk to someone behind a perspex screen, even telling the women on the desk I have multiple queries and need to see someone was still told to go over to the queue. So rather than be dealt with appropriately I am now currently in the process of switching over to another competitor and you have now lost a customer.

Would NEVER go back to a bank.. the help and attitude from the staff in branch is amazing! Massive thank you to Debbie, iv been a pain in her proverbial a couple of times now and she's only ever lovely to me going above and beyond her job to help me.. hope you get a big Christmas bonus!!!! thank you!!

This Branch is open 6days aweek.
Was closed for an incident when I origanly went to go there but now open and available for all banking transactions. Virgin money are also now part of the Nationwide company .

Please put a deposit machine on the wall outside. It is near impossible to pay in cash or a cheque when you work normal hours. Why they can't stay open even until 5pm is beyond me.
