Great service in the Liverpool Lord Street branch yesterday. We had difficulties online closing an old account and re opening a new one along with getting advice on student accounts. We were advised to go instore. Mike and the team were so helpful helping my son set up new accounts, offering advice and making sure all his information was updated correctly to avoid any further issues.

Nationwide does not care. If you are homeless, dont expect the 50£ bonus or any help from this entity. Lies, propaganda, spinning. Vague time frames, all quite pathetic really. I would rather die than be associated with this bank.

Just to compare the service here against my 'other' bank (HSBC) is night and day. I had a sum of cash I wanted to deposit and had to travel 45 minutes to the only full service branch HSBC stated they had only to be told the counter was closed and couldn't use the machines without my card. No such issues in Nationwide. Kaley/Keeley ( sorry couldn't see name badge) helped without fuss and although I only had the app didn't question. Passed security check and she apologised for the fuss. Thank you so much, I will be closing my HSBC account, who have been closing branches and cutting staff and moving everything to Nationwide

No wonder there are signs saying don?t give abuse to staff, the staff are so rude and useless they could make the calmest person wanna abuse them.

Was in yesterday & usually it isn't a problem to get bank statements printed out. However I was asked quite rudely don't I have online banking or a printer to do it myself. (I clearly wouldn't have made my way to the bank if I had my own printer & it also wasn't anyones business but mine if I did) and today looking through my bank statements she has given me a statement from the previous customer which I feel is totally irresponsible and untrustworthy!!

This branch never make it easy to do business with them. Use Old Swan branch if you can. Theyâ??re much better.
