Amazing service from masoom. Me and my girlfriend came in today for bite before drinks and masoom was always checking in to see if we needed anything and if things were satisfactory. She was very kind and attentive which made our meal far more enjoyable. Would definitely come again.

It was a quick lunch, as I am gluten intolerant they did my chicken seperate & it was lovely!
They offer a variety of foods on their menu, sauces, sides, drinks etc.
Dietary restrictions: They do cater for your needs - I am gluten intolerant & they cooked mine seperate from anything & a staff member asked me a couple of questions.

Had a great meal and our server, Agata, went above and beyond to make it a perfect experience. As they were running low on forks in the cutlery area, she took the time to go find some for us and was such a friendly member of staff.

Somehow they had no chicken and was advised it would take at least half an hour to get some(no idea from where)almost an hour we waited and when we got it it was cold and nasty and stringy and grey and weirdly dry as a regular user of nandos I can't recall ever getting such a bad one as this.though staff was helpful and we were Offord free starters.

We were there two evenings in a row.
Amazing service, food is without a doubt the best chicken I've ever eaten.
This was really worth the wait.
And this is my point of criticism.
There was always a line of waiting customers, always.
Felt always as if I have to hurry eating.
Ruined a lil bit the ambiente, but I can understand that the people love it.
I have to give credit to our waitress on sunday.
This is the prime example of going the extra mile for your job.
I will always come back again when I am in Liverpool again.

It?s a shame i?m doing this. I love a good nando?s , but today?s experience was shameful burnt garlic bread not eatable I love it abit burnt but eatable. But it was mad burnt , I explained I can?t eat that he just picks up my plate and takes it he then takes it over brings it back I eat my food then my chicken is pink not a great experience. I dont like complaining nor leaving a bad review on any company and its not just because I love a nando?s it?s simply because it wasn?t good enough. the pink chicken just made me feel so sick.

Absolute rip off!!
Visited Nandos 3rd December for the first time.
I Ordered two glasses red wine came to £8 it was dreadful, like paint stripper. I complained to the barmaid she couldn't care less had no intentions of changing it.
The food was very basic to say the least, chips were like fries, got a small portion of tasteless rice and a piece of chicken and it totalled to £15 ? absolute rip off!!
Had to queue outside for twenty minutes then inside for another twenty minutes to be seated then had to stand in a queue to order the food, there was no table service.. Awful.
Will I ever return?....Never in a million years! Like a DIY shop, do everything yourself.

Love a nando's but this one felt tired. Lack of selection on the menu with many sides not available, dirty cutlery and filthy floors. They need more staff
